Hi, I'm Sam and I've been working as a midwife at Zwanger & Zo since early 2024.
Every time again I marvel at how special it is that a new human being comes into the world, ready for his or her own adventures - your baby! That I can be a small part of that process and support you as parents-to-be, makes me incredibly grateful and especially very proud!
What is most important to me? That you can be completely yourself. If you feel comfortable, I have achieved my goal. I like to listen to your ideas and am open to everything you find important.
Before working here, I went to Nepal to learn how midwifery works there in that particular culture. I stood at the bedside of local women there and was able to attend several deliveries. A valuable experience that showed me that, despite all the differences between countries and cultures, giving birth is essentially the same everywhere.
